5. Medha & Navodaya Reward Scheme

  1. The Organization may operate a reward scheme for students who qualify in Government-conducted Medha Scholarship Examinations and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST).
  2. Only students who are registered on our website and successfully verified shall be eligible for consideration.
  3. Rewards shall be determined based on merit, examination marks, eligibility criteria, available budget, and the rules of the Organization.
  4. Qualifying in the examination alone does not guarantee any reward.
  5. The Organization reserves the sole right to determine the number of awardees and the amount of reward.
  6. The decision of the Organization shall be final and binding.

6. Teacher Referral Program

  1. Teachers may refer students through the official registration process.
  2. Teachers must not promise admission, scholarships, rewards, or guaranteed selection.
  3. Referral incentives, if any, shall be governed by the Organization's Referral Policy.

7. Online Payments

  1. All payments shall be processed through authorized payment gateways.
  2. Payment confirmations will be sent electronically.
  3. The Organization is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or technical issues beyond its control.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Provide true and accurate information.
  • Keep their login credentials secure.

16. Refund Policy

No Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made for examination registration, application fees, subscription fees, scholarship programs, training programs, digital products, or any other services are final and non-refundable.

  • Change of mind by the user.
  • Failure to appear for the examination or program.
